Hi there, please reach out to us via Help & Support so we can look into this further. It may be that there are some additional permissions that need granting in order for the calorie data to sync to Apple Health.
Love it!
It does every thing I need and want it to do and more. Shows the path we went on a Google map along with the speed color code. Time, distance plus more.
Helpful support
I had an issue caused by myself cancelling a trial. They were able to sort it out for me and get me back on track. Thank you.
Use
Irritating as all get out. I cannot get my iWatch or iPhone to cease the damn app. It’s dangerous. I risk falling in the water and hitting my head on rocks trying to cease the damn app
Map shifting occurs in mainland China.
It is well understood that map offset issues exist in mainland China. However, unexpected problems have occurred during actual use due to this offset.
Specifically, I have noticed significant discrepancies between the starting and ending points of the GPS maps when syncing data to the Apple Fitness app. The starting point correctly matched the system map's location. However, shortly after starting, the positioning immediately shifted to another spot several hundred metres away.
Consequently, the rest of the map was recorded with this offset, and only the initial portion remains accurate to the actual map. If the entire map were offset, it would be understandable and acceptable. However, the current issue is quite strange and hard to accept.
When I open the map in the app, it appears correct despite the offset because the entire thing is shifted consistently. This is different from what I see in the fitness app, where only the starting section is not offset while everything else is, which creates a misalignment.
