Surrendering Anxiety
Sitting with my anxiety, feeling it in my body and being guided through feeling and surrendering it was a perfect way to start my morning routine.
Small App, Big Reflections
Easy to use and navigate. The experience is simple yet thoughtful, and the exercises encourage meaningful reflection. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to develop.
Easy and Insightful
This app was very easy/user friendly. It helped me locate where in my body I was holding anxiety. The image of the body where different pain points can be expressed was very helpful for me to identify where the pain points in my body were and where my anxiety sits. It was easy, practical tool to use throughout the day without much effort and allowed me to stay more attuned to how my anxiety moved through my body throughout the day. This is a very helpful tool for someone like me who is a life coach and can sometimes take on other people’s stress. It was helpful for me to separate what was my stress and what might be someone else’s that I worked with that day.

My honest take!!
This app is what the market wants - authenticity, real impact, and wholistic solutions to novel problems! I’m a regular consumer and Surrender is what I was looking for. It doesn’t replace anything- it accentuates the things that are working and build on what could work better!
Naming and identifying an emotion is half the battle
Take two minutes out of the day for yourself. Two less reels or YT Shorts gives you the space to focus on the challenge of the day. Surrender gives you easy access to a technique for identifying an emotion and by being present with it, gaining the control to examine or release it. The app is uncluttered and lets you get right to the benefits without a bunch of hype about biofeedback or too much philosophy. The quotes are on-point.
Could you practice this without the app?
Sure.
Will having an extra reminder and guided tour help you do it more often.
Probably.
