Signup was extremely straightforward and the app is intuitive to use.
Makes travel to the local area incredibly easy, with cheap fares and friendly drivers.
The app sends you a notification when the driver is approaching your stop and when ab issue occurred I was notified by the driver and a replacement service sent out.
Overall an excellent experience so far.
Would highly recommend.

Poor first experience
I have tried several times to set up myself in the connect site.
Each validation code I insert it rejects - that’s a good start! NOT
