Help!?
I enjoy this app and the features it has. I paid for the subscription, and went to make a new list along with using the customization. Whenever I do it tells me to “upgrade” when I click on it- it says I’m already subscribed. I have restarted my phone- also deleted the app off my phone & redownloaded it. Nothing has worked so I’m pretty disappointed. I have already reached out to the customer service- have not heard anything back. Will update when/if things get resolved.

Simplicity = Elegance
Love this app. I use it daily. Color palettes and sharing feature are awesome. One thing I’d love to see is a thicker strike through line. It’s so thin it’s barely visible against the type. Thanks!
Be careful
I obtained a lifetime subscription to this app. Then I had to delete it. When I went back in after resetting the password they wanted me to purchase again. No way deleting it as I am not going to get the subscription more than once.
Update -07/14/24 App developers got with me and said they planned to fix problem. This was shortly after first revie. They promised to fix problem. They never did.

A good outlining app, but needs landscape mode
A great outlining app on the iphone. But the app feels next to useless on the iPad as there’s no landscape mode.
The developers have stopped improving it. Which is a shame because I think it could be the best outlining app out there. It’s so easy to jot down bullets and ideas quickly.

This APP is amazing. Only ONE issue.
I absolutely LOVE this app. But an issue I’ve been having is that when you get into the “be thorough section”, the app doesn’t allow you to scroll freely through whatever you write in there. It also doesn’t let you easily go back and edit what you've written. This is the ONLY issue with this app. Otherwise, it’s FLAWLESS and everything I’ve been looking for to organize my business.

Great app
I just downloaded the app yesterday and it works quite well so far. The colours and layout of the app are beautiful and satisfying. However, I hope there could be other functions such as to write notes for tasks and more subtasks under existing subtasks.

I have always loved this app and have been using it for years, but today I have been locked out from all my lists unless I add an email and password to my “account”. I don’t want yet another app with an access prompt! Especially one that I have been comfortable with for years. Please fix!
Please bring back the big colored bars!!
Writing this review as someone who has loved Suru for years and who still continues to believe in the app. This really is a fantastic list-making app. I have subscribed in the past and just bought the lifetime pro membership (Black Friday deal, $20).
There are two things I really miss about this app that were changed in recent updates: (1) the full-length colored bars, and (2) the ability to choose rounded or squared edges. In the new updates, each item on the list just has a tiny colored tab, and we cannot choose rounded or squared edges. I have no idea why Suru would get rid of two of its signature features — but as a Lifetime Pro Suru Member, I’m really really really hoping that these will come back one day. People love Suru for how beautiful its interface is and how easily customizable it is. Not sure why they’d ruin something that was so perfect :”(

Beautiful, but no landscape orientation
This app looked like it had pretty much everything I was looking for--until I downloaded it and discovered it was portrait orientation only. That is simply unworkable for an app I would be using repeatedly throughout the day. I work on a 12.9" iPad Pro with a keyboardcase. That setup only works well in landscape for several reasons. Portrait is simply an unwieldy nuisance. If landscape is offered in a future update, I will reconsider this app, because otherwise it looks closer to what I wanted than anything else I've tried.

I was a fan…But now, not so much…
My favorite part of the app was the colored bars. In fact, I actually paid for pro subscription just so I could get the other color schemes.
Now all you get is a little sliver of color??
Why would you do that?
There’s also no option to change the shape anymore. You took out the choice of Square corners or rounded….
And you could also choose to have full colored bar or just the outline……
It was really cool, and really the only reason I used it.
Because, other than that…it’s pretty light on features….
So I’m good with this, will be deleting and canceling subscription….

Honestly my most used app.
My whole life's schedule revolves around my Suru lists. My favorite list app. Simple. Sleek. Love it!
Very slow launch
Takes 3-4 seconds to launch which is way too long when trying to quickly add an entry. Tried rebooting my phone to speed things up but the app actually froze after and took multiple attempts to launch again. The launch speed is unfortunately a deal breaker even tho I really love the interface. Used on iPhone 13 pro max ios 16.0.2

Great app!
This app is great - simple, yet with enough functionality to be useful. I have tried numerous other apps and they were all blah. You can make numerous lists, and put numerous tasks within each list, and subtasks under each task. Totally easy to move an item from one list to another, also. 100% recommend

Great App
This app looks very nice and has many features.
Don’t use anymore
I used to really like this app until you changed it, and took the full color bars away, and replaced with the small color tab. The best part of the app were the color lines. So now I don’t even use it. Disappointed that you changed a perfectly good app.
iCloud backup was extremely outdated and lost several lists
The app is great, but do not get pro or rely on its backup. My son deleted the app, and once I reinstalled I had lost all my lists except one which looks to not have been updated since February. I rely on this app for a lot of things, and subscribed to pro to ensure they were backed up, and that failed. I did reach out to support but have yet to receive a response

I paid for Suru in the past and was happy now it won’t save my notes when I exit the app.
I liked Suru, and paid for it years ago, however I didn’t subscribe when it became monthly payments.Then it limited how many notes I can have without subscribing, which I figured I can work with the years of notes I have and alter them.I just did a long list of important info and after I closed the app it didn’t save.I won’t pay a monthly fee for a product that let me down.Once I export my current note I am deleting suru forever.It’s disappointing because I really like the structure, but it let me down when I needed it.

Colored Bars
Why are they gone? Please give us the option to use the old style of the colorful UI, they really gave the app a flair that drew me to it in the first place.
