Scam

Though the game itself starts out fine, you quickly run into absolutely nothing to do but a daily collection routine. The supposed “events” are nothing more but a few more repetitions of daily events.

The customer service is non existent. I actually believe that it is no longer staffed, even by an auto email. It just dead.

The game itself had a glitch and after a reinstall the access code which is required to get back into your account was “ invalid”. After almost a week there has been no response from customer service, I tried emailing 6Waves, the actual customer service email to the game, and the in game help.

A complaint was also sent to the App Store to have this game removed.

So that’s my problem with this game, and it’s been erased.

Don’t even bother trying

Just like any pay to play strategy apps out there. Been playing this app for almost a year. Players quitting, dead servers, and same boring events. Good luck with merging because you’re going to need a lot of real money.

Latest update now won’t load game

Issue now with patch that when it hits check version it just crashes and restarts and hits check version and does it all over again. It won’t load at all.

Awesome game when you can get in to play!

Good game

I’ve been playing for awhile now and the only reason it’s 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the lack of players. I wish more people was playing. My server just seems to be dying and my will to keep playing is dying with it.

Too many servers

Started amazing - as time goes on the developers keep making new servers, whilst the older one become inactive.

For months we have been asking for a merge of servers, and still they create new servers

SIOPS unwilling to help in game

I made a purchase (non cash) in the game on wrong item and they could not exchange 28 ‘rename blue cards’ to the 28 ‘blue card communique’. Been playing only for two months. The deletion will mean I will loose all my purchases(3) - upgrade building ques and two weapons upgrade. So be careful on what you do in the game. SIOPS did fix other problem but only after an game upgrade but took them almost two months to fix it. This game is like all other game. The weak players (beginners) get ransacked by the stronger players. Be careful on what you do and then again look it over before you make the purchase; they will not make the correction.

Another pay to win game

Over 90% of apps game is pay to win, and this one too, at the beginning is fun, but later you know it need $$ to continue

The worst support I've ever encountered.

The game is interesting, but the support gets one star from me. I haven’t been able to log into the game for 4 days, support hasn’t responded to my message for 24 hours.

Great gameplay - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I will start by saying that I really enjoyed this game to start but after experiencing some serious technical issues I exited the app, restarted it and now both of my accounts are gone. Attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful and now I’m forced to start over or quit playing. Sounds like quitting might be my best option. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this game or you will eventually end up in a similar situation.

Lost account

I woke up this morning and my account is gone and it wants me to start a whole new account I tried the transfer code and it won’t work and it keeps taking me back to start a new account I have put a lot of money and time into my account for this to happen I would love to give you 5 stars but at this time I can’t. Then it says with out that transfer code you can’t recover your account I mean really I tryed and the code won’t work and it keeps taking me to the start of the game.

Same patterned game. Build a base, get heroes, build troops, forced to join an alliance that forces you to log on every day or you get kicked and then get wiped off the map once you hit a certain level by a higher level player. All these games are the same so pick zombie’s, fantasy, ice, whatever. Just so tired of the same games repackaged in different themese.
