Stupidly slow and outdated
Rarely works. Have been late to lectures and seminars and not been able to register attendance because of it. Poor performance for a money stealing university.

This app is not working properly. I have to refresh it so many times so that i can see or do something. Its so irritating sometimes when teachers are giving attendance code and this app stucks .
Update is good
Much better than before, nice design and layout. Much smoother experience and easier to navigate compared to before.

it is so bad. logs me out like every other time i try to use it. in general it feels so old and slow and breaks at every other step. absolutely terrible experience especially during the pandemic having to use it for entering attendance codes is such a pain

The app itself is very outdated further more when ever I try to open my email or timetable it does not load and then the app crashes. THUMBS DOWN
Outdated
App looks and feels so outdated when you use it, especially compared to other official university apps. It would go a long way to update the look and feel of the app to make it feel less clunky and like it was last updated a decade ago.
App also has problems loading some pages, taking a long time to do so. The email page is almost useless in the functions you can undertake with it; reading emails being all it is really capable of doing in an efficient way.
The timetable widget similarly has an incredibly annoying feature where you can only go from week to week manually by tapping through each; an easy way to skip to future weeks further away than the following week would be a great addition
