Overlapping confusing Apps from Suzuki
Eforme, Suzuki connect and Suzuki navigate - why do we have to deal with so many of these just to operate and plan trips for E Vitara? Very unintuitive mappls, frustrating trip planning - forced to set current location as start and not specify starting point; doesn’t show Nexa charging stations; The analytics provide no useful information and simply to tick the boxes of supporting certain features in the app; available range calculation is a random guess work at best; gives a notification that charging was interrupted due to a problem even when it was stopped normally via the EForMe app; they really need to provide a single app for managing Maruti Suzuki EVs. Best products and services are designed & developed by people who also use them.

Brilliant app, makes life so much easier
Been using Suzuki Connect for years now and it works like a charm. Cooling the car down remotely before jumping in during hot days is easily my favorite feature. The trip analysis and fuel alerts are also super accurate. It just makes the whole driving experience feel much more premium and connected. 5 stars all the way!

Merged trips do not have weighted average for fuel economy
Very ordinary app this is . Don’t think I will renew it after the first 3 years . There is nothing great in terms of info . I would prefer seeing how am doing on a leader board over a particular sector . Say Bangalore to mangalore , I would want to see how am I faring compared to other Maruti cars in terms of travel time , speeds , driving score . Right now there is some funny metric . Also , it makes sense go compare vehicles by their engines types and gearbox types . You cannot compare my fronx 1.0 AT with other 1.2 L fronx !! Tried sharing feedback with the Maruti cust agents who I dunno if they are humans or bots .
To summarise - A useless App . Don’t waste money on this

Better app for useful
Suzuki Connect is a useful app for car owners that offers features like vehicle tracking, driving alerts, and service reminders. It helps improve safety and convenience, but sometimes the app can be slow or have minor connectivity issues. Overall, it’s a good smart feature for modern cars.
App is good, vehicle is not
I am generally satisfied with the application provided for the Maruti Suzuki Invicto; however, the air conditioning system cannot be operated remotely and is limited to scheduled timing, which is a drawback.
Compared to other vehicles, this model is among the best offerings from Maruti Suzuki. In terms of comfort, the vehicle is excellent, which is understandable as it is based on Toyota engineering.
That said, I have been facing a persistent issue with the mobile application, where it continuously shows errors. Despite multiple attempts over the past year, the service team has been unable to resolve this problem, which is disappointing.
Additionally, the overall service quality needs significant improvement. There seems to be a lack of proper diagnosis and resolution of customer complaints. Recently, there have also been axle-related issues reported in multiple vehicles from both Maruti and Toyota, yet there has been no proper recall or standard resolution initiated.
Maruti Suzuki should focus on improving its service standards and technical support to match the quality of the vehicle.
