Worst customer service BY FAR
I have no idea how this company has such high ratings. Maybe they only care about local customers and not international. They don’t reply for days or at all. You also can’t adjust your order within an hour whether cancelling or adding more, it’s really lovely. They also use the worst couriers on the planet aka UPS

Apple Sign-in Bug: SVD app becomes unresponsive if the Apple sign-in option is dismissed

Hay un problema inusual con la versión actual de la aplicación para iPhone.
Cuando se cancela el mensaje "Iniciar sesión con Apple", la aplicación deja de funcionar.
Nunca he visto que este problema ocurra con ninguna otra aplicación de iPhone antes. Es exclusivo de su aplicación.
Publicaré los pasos necesarios para reproducir este problema. Gracias por leer e investigar este problema.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and launch the SVD app
2. Click through the Cloudflare confirmation
3. Click “Skip” to clear tutorial information
4. From the Log-in screen select the “Continue with Apple” option
5. From the “Sign in with Apple” pop-up select the “x” to dismiss the pop-up
Result: Dismissing the “Sign in with Apple” prompt inside of the SVD app results in the app becoming completely unresponsive
Expected: the SVD app should not become unresponsive if the “Sign in with Apple” prompt is dismissed

Weird
Idk if it’s a iPhone issue or something but the app will not let me open it most days. I’m prompted with a captcha, then the screen half loads before you are put right back into the captcha screen again. It’s and endless loop after trying to delete the app, reset my phone, try different WiFi networks as well. Nothing seemed to fix this issues.

Shady company
They don’t honor their return policy. Sent defective shoes and after sending pics of defects just blamed Nike and wouldn’t help pay for return as their policy states they would.

This app has not been working for months!! Has the company not realised that its not working? Does not load up at all even after deleting and re-installing

I tried paying for a pair of sneakers but I always get an error ,I tried to change the account and even the card but the problem is always the same the site has problems or tells me to try later. The custom support is deplorable no one finds any solution and they answer very late.
Great app, but now it’s not working
The app is experiencing some troubles for more than a week now. The raffle section is empty, and the app freezes if you click on a product. I hope it’ll be fix soon

I've been entering raffles for the past two years - only to win once at the very beginning but that's the only time I've won a raffle on something other than SNKRS. I love how easy it is to enter a raffle and to navigate the app. Also a huge fan of the fact that they sometimes have restock on some pairs and if you were in on the raffle you also are registered into the restock one.
Regarding shipping, from what I remember it was really fast and perfect as the box wasn't damaged. Couldn't be happier about SVD.
This is probably the one raffle app I'll use til the end!
