Disable feature broken by update
Disable feature no longer works due to most recent update. Please fix. Very irritating that the feature appears to work and yet the alarms on our sliding doors still go off even when I alarm mode if off.
EDIT: App fixed!
I worked with the email customer support, and the app update is working again. I’ll give them this, the customer support was very quick to work with me, and they pushed in update in only a few days.
Great app
I’ve had the SwamCam for about a year now and it’s been great. They’re constantly improving the app
Poor app functionality
Clunky software with limited functionality. Other better established companies out there’s with better software.

Needs a delay.
The alarm needs a delay so you can walk through the field of view shortly after turning it on. Not a big deal for me because I can turn on and off with the app but my pool guy can’t.

We provide the keypad with the system for just this type of issue. Its waterproof. Put it where the pool crew can disarm and re-arm the system as needed. Delays would undermine our ASTM F2208 certification. We cannot build that in.

They're always updating and working on it. This new update looks great.
Works great
They issue updates and improvements all the time. Just call and ask for a feature and they may add it!!
A great app for such a must-have product!
The app is easy to use, and works on the Apple Watch too to arm and disarm the alarm! There can sometimes be a little lag in the live view timing but I find that with all of the cameras out there (ring/nest etc). I like that I can set my alarm hours, talk through the camera, and easily connect to emergency services if need be when the alarm goes off.
