The Swan app is the perfect compliment to the Swan suite of services. As a private client, it gives me all I need to manage my accounts in one places.
Hate it
Currently unable to log in. Sends me a secure link. Link doesn’t work. Doesn’t pull up the app. Pulls up the web page, which isn’t the app, and doesn’t pull up my account at all. Reinstalled. And did everything tech support suggested. Still can’t get in.

Buying bitcoin
I use Swan because they have the lowest fees. I dislike logging online to their website because it doesn’t recognize my computer and it will make me do extra things to verify it’s me. Also, withdrawing my bitcoin takes forever. If you’re cool with that this is a great app

Very Inconsistent
Constantly getting logged out of your account. Verification emails often are very delayed or never sent. Lots to make you very nervous when dealing with larger sums of BTC

Nothing clear
I'd like to ask other users if this app is always very slow for ACH transfers to and from your account to a cold wallet. The transactions appear frozen even though they were processed at the bank at least two weeks prior. Is this always the case? Is this platform reliable? I've lost faith in it.
Great Bitcoin-only platform, needs a few tweaks.
Love using Swan for DCA, but the app is missing some key iOS features. We really need home screen price widgets. Also, the UI for setting limit orders needs work—it's currently too difficult to enter a specific custom price. Fix these, and it remains a 5-star app.

Use Any other App
Never in my life have I had so much trouble logging in, adding a wallet and sending BTC. Would not take my authentication app code. Downloaded another authentication app. Still will not take my codes. At this point i am done with Swan!!!!!
Withdrawal Availability Needs Updating
Withdrawal availability date keeps changing. I paused my buys so I can withdrawal all at once and even with no new purchases my withdrawal date has been pushed back for 6 days now. I liked the old version better with transparency on exactly which day my funds will be available.

Garbage Company
Actually, glad it took them so long to set up my account and that I never actually utilized them after reviewing all the one stars and comments talking about accounts being locked and how difficult it is to get the bitcoin that they purchased plus the spread they had is more than average, which makes up for the fact they have no fees.
