Best workout! Love it. Thank you!!

A must if you want strength and grace!

I have done every workout from Peloton to CrossFit and this is by far the best and most fun! Some days I love to flow and stretch and others I add ankle and hand weights for total body sculpting! I look forward to this every single day!

Obsessed - so good!

Really love this program. Carolina is a gorgeous teacher. I love that it’s all about becoming your best self vs a promotion of a fitness fad or achieving bulk etc. Coming out of her workouts I’ve never felt better & I love the bonus talks on wellness, managing anxiety, etc. All around 10/10

Body weight

Just started SWAN. I quit my membership to a local gym where I was doing Reformer Pilates. There was not enough movement in my body going on, and I am a dancer, so I am loving these swan routines, and all of the movement and flow and using one’s own body weight is the best way to work out!

Balanced and strong

I love the fusion between all the different types of exercises: yoga, Pilates, ballet, and martial arts, which is unlike any other exercise I’ve done. The blend makes me feel balanced and strong in my body and mind. Thank you Carolina!

Just what I needed!

Love the app, love Carolina, love the workouts and content. The moves are challenging but I like that, our bodies can do amazing things and I look forward to each workout. Thank you!

Best holistic workout

There is no other exercise that makes me feel so happy and accomplished. It’s a moving meditation that will give you the best results for an elongate and tone body. The classes make you feel so feminine and it’s the most fun way to move. It challenges not only your body, but your mind! 5 stars!

Graceful, powerful and authentic

I’ve been doing Swan by Carolina for about six months now, and I find Carolina and her space to be incredibly warm and inviting and a safe place for all women. Carolina has an extremely warm presence and wants women to feel that this is a place for them to come and be themselves at their own pace, at their own level, and on their own time. Carolina creates a space that feels very authentic and personal. It is a pleasure to listen to her voice and watch her well learned movements. I love that there is no aggressive or bossy tones, and yet the workouts are extremely invigorating and empowering and require full mind-body connection. After six months time, I have noticed an extreme improvement in my flexibility, range of motion and functional movements in my day-to-day life. From deep, squatting to hip mobility to full range of motion in my shoulders and spine that wasn’t there at the beginning of my workouts. Carolina is a gift to her community of women, choosing to lift women up and create a beautiful and sacred space for women to feel good in their skin.

To become a swan is very soothing experience. It gives me structure in my life. I All trainings are amazing. A mix of Pilates, yoga, stretching, cardio. All in one. I also love to hear Carolina’s calming and motivating talks after each session)

Life changing

I only started to swan about 4 months ago. I’ve always worked out but I’m a dancer by heart and training so this was like returning home. It’s not only sculpted my body to where I wanted to be as a young dancer in my 20s, but it’s released years of stress and trauma and made me FEEL wonderful and beautiful and strong. The FEEL of it is what has changed my body and life. Sending Caroline so much love and gratitude for this epic change in my life β€οΈπŸ™

Magical

The best decision I made for my health and well-being this year has been starting Swan by Carolina. Every week is a joy. The creativity that she puts into the routines week after week after week is amazing. There is just the right amount of workouts available to suit every level of ability and every mood each day. I am stronger, fitter and more toned, and for once I have found it easy to stay consistent. I love it!

I love doing Swan because I feel such a change within me - I’m not normally the most coordinated person, and I love that not only are her workout was challenging physically, but I have a mental aspect that I am able to work on! I feel like I’m evolving into a swan ballerina! If you wanna full body (& mental!) experience, this is the work out for you!

El espacio en donde encontrarΓ‘s todo para mejorar tu vida

Yo estoy encantada con Swan. Encuentras recetas, plΓ‘ticas, yoga, estiramientos, ejercicios cortos, largos, tranquilos, intensos. Tiene explicaciones en espaΓ±ol tambiΓ©n. Dependiendo de tus necesidades, Swan se adapta. Al empezar, les recomiendo tomar el Foundations. Son 8 semanas bien invertidas para entender Swan de inicio a fin. EntenderΓ‘n los movimientos, transiciones, pero sobre todo a conocernos, a entendernos cΓ³mo funcionamos, cΓ³mo nos movemos, a salir de lo bΓ‘sico para experimentar nuevos movimientos. No quieran empezar a moverse como Carolina, ella ha invertido mucho tiempo para darnos este espacio, pero si somos constantes y pacientes, muy pronto estaremos moviΓ©ndonos como cisnes. Y comparto lo que me pasΓ³ en la primera semana del foundations: yo pensΓ© que 27 minutos no los iba a sentir, al tercer dΓ­a de la semana 1 me dolΓ­a el cuerpo (por el ejercicio, claro). Swan los va a retar.

Absolutely Beautiful

I have had this app//program for a year now and I can’t refer it enough to everyone I meet. I feel great. I am challenged and sore every week. My balance is improving. My love handle area that has been the most stubborn throughout my life is shedding away. I saw the biggest change after three months of consistency. And continue to feel strong in my core which has drastically help with any back pain.

I am a Swan for life

The most incredible exercise

I have always struggled to stick with anything always jumping from app to app and reluctantly forcing myself into a gym that I hated. I have also been suffering with lower back pain that even though I went to the gym just wouldn’t get better. That is till I found Swan by Carolina. I genuinely wake up excited and feel so incredible after every workout - like a post workout high. My lower back pain has also disappeared and I cannot go more than 2 days without it. Thank you Carolina for creating such wonderful routines that have healed my body and leaving me feeling blissful after every workout!! :)

You can cater each day to your needs. I love the short and sweet of it and I always feel good even if I only have 10 mins
