Very bad service.

I have tried the service twice on several occasions, and on both times they don’t deliver what they promised and on top of that they always show up late for more than 2hrs for both of the services and they have the dignity to ask to provide the late service with no respect of the clients time.

0 stars don’t download this app and order from the supermarket I placed an order and the delivery guy bought he self a snack and charge me I wouldn’t mind if he ask me but if I didn’t check the receipt I wouldn’t not know as well the frozen items coming defrost talabat and noon always with cooling items they bring it in a cooling bag I can’t refrozen the food now

They don't send girls on time, they don't listen to the client's request, they don't know how to deal with the client, they act disgustingly with people. I regret dealing with them. I booked for a month, and they don't want to return the invoices, and they don't want to listen to what I want. 😔 They lie to the customer and make fun of him very bad

Validate your card is a funny one — Although I’m paying full amount of my cart, you guy want to validate my card first? 😂
Anyway better add more payment options like apple pay or COD.
