Very bad service.
I have tried the service twice on several occasions, and on both times they don’t deliver what they promised and on top of that they always show up late for more than 2hrs for both of the services and they have the dignity to ask to provide the late service with no respect of the clients time.

Pedicure
My technician didn’t get the to coat of the gel cured. I noticed that it was still tacky. I contacted the company and they sent the nail tech back out to correct it.

A real failure
The app does not work. It has been downloaded a few times and it keeps crashing. They have been working to fix it for the last 2 days with no luck.

Made a booking for PCR at home; the service provider never showed up. Booking ID was 20902, so you can follow up internally.

Worst customer support ever
Used the app three times in the past week for a PCR test . On every occasion the provider arrived 4 hours late . Not even a courtesy call to say they would be late .
The last test delay led to flight getting missed as the test results never came back even after 37 hours and counting now. And Ofcourse no chance to get a refund probably.
The worst problem is the customer service . None answers the chat ( which is the only way to contact them ) , if they answer they give some generic reply after 4-6 hours . And when I complained on the chat , they deleted the entire chat history.
I would stay away and personally will never use them again . They giving good apps on the apple store a bad name .

Scam
I pay for an express PCR test which they claim a test result in 8 to 10 hrs 15 hrs gone by still haven’t received my result. I pay xtra to get them in 8 hrs.
Customer service on chat is super slow. Payment fails more often than not.
Poor app tech and experience. Decent discounts.
