Buggy
Managing the category toggles is tricky. You toggle the button, the app does something, but the toggle button stays the same, when in reality there is a delay. This creates confusion since you’re never quite sure if the change stuck or not. Likewise the pick up locations — the changes don’t seem to stick at all.

Just frustrating enough
I try to use it all the time. I find it smooth and simple. But it logs me out constantly.
Discover section of App is blank, filters no longer work
The site was semi-functional at first, but many portions of app have stopped working. New videos and books no longer appear in the Discover section. Filters to search for items such as only DVDs no longer work at all. Fine if all you want to be able to do is see what you have checked out.

I want to LOVE it….but I CAN’T
The functionality of the app is great for searching, exploring and even placing holds but there’s one HUGE problem that renders the app next to useless. I am logged out every session. There’s no way to remain logged in to the app. I’m not sure if it’s due to a glitch or functionality but the fact that I have to find and enter my library card number every time I want to use the app is a huge deterrent. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

No app support!
The Swan library plus app signed me out and now I can’t sign back in. I can select my library, but my keyboard and Number pad will not work and I am running the latest iPhone software. There is no app support anywhere on their website. Disappointed.
The worst
I wish I could say something good about this app…it takes forever to load, it’s impossible to customize, it’s clunky and has very little options. It is very common to be kicked out of this app for no reason. Today alone, I’ve been kicked out 3 times. It’s annoying and I wish for so much more, especially because I am a very frequent library user.

Good when it works…
The app is great for checking out, placing holds and even creating lists but the app is consistently closing out and logs you out at random. One of the perks of having an app is not having to have the card/number on hand but having to log in at every use makes the app not worthwhile. I really hope they can find an update to solve the glitching.

Not good
The app is generally unreliable. It’s not smart or intuitive. So much potential, but l I feel is frustration
Love it!
So far I been using it for a while and I haven’t really had any issue with it. It’s so easy to look up books you’re interested in. See what libraries have it available to place a hold on them. See what books you have borrow or have hold for. Get notified when your books are ready for pick up! Pretty straightforward plus you get a barcode if you forget your library card at home!!!

Unreliable
This is the only online catalog that my library uses and that’s the only reason I downloaded for the convenience. It’s a pretty basic app and when it works is fine but it’s very buggy and unreliable. I get so frustrated. I just login online laptop instead most days
Glitchtastic!
Don’t judge a book by its cover. This app looks slick but it’s soooooo sticky. I am regularly kicked out and have to re-enter my password. Sometimes it won’t let me back in at all for extended periods of time. A while back there were filtering problems but those seem to be better. And the loading screen has seen a huge improvement over the initial screen with the library facts. But there are still lots of problems (and glitches) in the operation of an app that should be smooth and easy to use. And it’s one of the apps I use frequently, so it’s extra frustrating that it doesn’t work properly. For those saying don’t hate, these things need to be said so developers are aware of the problems and can do better, respond with bug fixes, and make their product more functional.

Terrible
Buggy mediocre app. Let’s start with something very minor. You search. You need to tweak your search so you go back and you can’t just adjust the search field input, you must retype it entirely. Why?
Why when I filter the search by media format it shows results of formats I tried to filter out?
If I filter by library I only get a choice of my home library and things like eVideo. That is so stupid. I spend more time at other libraries on my system than my home library but if I want to limit my search to another library I cannot on this ridiculously stupid app. While actually there I can use their PC station. I’m going to add my system’s search web page to my home screen and use that. The app I’ll keep just for looking at my account to save logging in, if the app is.
And speaking of which I’m getting weary of having to log back in.
Wish our system would buy other software.

This app is garbage
Ever since the original was replaced with this trash, nothing has worked. It’s slow. It crashes constantly. I’m logged out of it automatically. It’s the worst. I can’t imagine the developers even care because even the librarians acknowledge how trash this thing is. Technology, huh??

Great app
Amazing but one problem. Holds take a long time and I have one from February I just cancelled and it’s November. Just wish my library would be faster, but it works. Also, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS THAT COMPLAIN. This app is amazing and I love it. No insulty-insults plz one star trolls

App not working
As you open the app it ask for Library Card # and when you click return from keypad it does NOT work. It should have submit button or go button to take to the next step. Developer not test the app fully before rolling out for consumers.

The app works fine for me
I see reviews about filters not working or having to sign in repeatedly, crashes, etc. I’ve had none of these issues. I’ve been able to open the app on multiple days already signed in, filter my searches and place holds for books to be transferred to my local library. I’ve also used the app's digital library card instead of carrying the physical card. App hasn’t crashed at all. I don’t have to manually select my library every time I open the app. Everything seems to work just fine. Will update if I spot any problems
