Should have no stars.

U open the app and it closes. It used to open but would not down load fotos. Now app doesn’t even open. What a sad shi.. show!!! No one will give u back the time u waist with this

Doesn’t work

Having the same issue as previous review. I have reached out to customer service a few times over the weeks and have been told I would hear back from someone and have not. The app immediately crashes when allowing access to full photos, but you have to grant access to full photos to be able to download the photos from the binoculars. If you grant limited access to photos, app works but you cannot download the photos. So, basically, I have not been able to download any photos I’ve taken with the binoculars.

Dear customer, Please check in your Photos app if there is an album titled "AX Visio". You should have only one album with this title. Make sure that you did not rename it. Close the app and grant full access in the system settings. Restart the app and try again. This should solve the issue. Crashes on iPhone

Yep- same as the other customer’s comment in March. (This review is being written in June- 2025) Apparently that bug has not been fixed and US tech support was only able to give support for android. I await a solution and will post here if one is ever shared- or if I need to return the binoculars which this app is advertised to enhance.

Crashes Immediately

Tried to utilize this app to work with the AX Visio binoculars, as it is the only way to access photos taken with the binoculars, but it crashes immediately and won’t even open. Tried restarting the phone and reloading the app multiple times. Very disappointing.
