My experience with SKC was average
I bought the Puliyogare Rice Mix from Sweet Karam Coffee to try during the time my wife and child were away on summer vacation. Being from South India, I am very familiar with the traditional taste of Puliyogare and was hoping this ready-to-use mix would be a convenient alternative.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The mix was extremely spicy and overpowering, which made it difficult for me to enjoy. The spice level seemed far from the balanced and authentic flavor I expected from a Puliyogare mix. Since I do not consume very spicy food, I was unable to use it and eventually had to give it away to someone else.
While others who enjoy very spicy food may like it, it did not meet my expectations for taste or authenticity

Absolutely loved my experience at Sweet Karam Coffee! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The coffee was rich, fresh, and perfectly brewed — you can really taste the quality. Their sweets and snacks are delicious and pair so well with the drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

Worst experience
Their customer care service is worst one the item was missing and not delivered I still haven’t received my refund it’s been days and the customer care is repeating the same thing over and over again worst customer care service
Superb Products
Amazing products, truly authentic and the fact that you mention all the ingredients and don’t cheat, that’s the reason I’m your loyal customer. Love the filter coffee, banana chips and filter coffee burfi. I live in Delhi and let me tell you no place sells such amazing stuff and that’s what makes me reorder. Your transparency and the fact that you don’t put preservatives and don’t put sugar. No palm oil is a big winner. However if you could state which oil you use that would be great as well.

Offers and prices
You give better pricing on Amazon than on your own app. This is a bit unfair to your loyal customers
This App is a Scam
I placed my order and the amount was debited from my account. But the app is not showing any order placed and no option to track my order. Seriously no one can see what exactly you have placed and even not sure whether I’ll get my order delivered or not.

Sweet and Karam
I just received my first order. I tasted mysore pak and Kai Murukku. I could feel the ghee smell in mysorepak and the Murukku is fresh. Very tasty and excellent preparation which made me send my second order.

Buying since 1-2 years.. at least 4-5 times I have ordered.. the pricing, packing and quality is great.. I buy in bulk every time to last us for 3-4 months.. but it gets finished in 1 month only.. thanks for amazing products ..

Use of Rice Bran Oil is dangerous too, if used at high temperature and same oil is used too often. Please tell us all how often same oil is used and at what temperature?
