APP is useless!

I eat in at Sweet Peppers Deli multiple times monthly at 2 locations. There is no where to enter my information manually or scan a QR code. I ask the person taking my order if they can enter my phone number for rewards and I am told “it has to be done before you order” or “at the end of the order” or “they don’t know how “ but the best one is “ you can do on the app”. It’s ridiculous that a popular food chain like Sweet Peppers Deli cannot update the app to be user friendly. The food has never let me down but the app…….
