APP is useless!
I eat in at Sweet Peppers Deli multiple times monthly at 2 locations. There is no where to enter my information manually or scan a QR code. I ask the person taking my order if they can enter my phone number for rewards and I am told “it has to be done before you order” or “at the end of the order” or “they don’t know how “ but the best one is “ you can do on the app”. It’s ridiculous that a popular food chain like Sweet Peppers Deli cannot update the app to be user friendly. The food has never let me down but the app…….

App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t move beyond the open screen which only shows the name of the developer.
Broken
Will not load. Just hangs on first screen.
App No Longer Working
App hangs up on the initial screen and does not go any further. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, but it still does not work.

My app is not working. I have deleted it, shut down my phone. Brought it back up, reloaded app and still not working. So aggravating
Great food, but app needs work
Sweet peppers food definitely NEVER disappoints, but the app and points really need work. Hasn’t been updated to use the entire screen and I don’t see a points system like other sandwiches shops. I feel I’d be more apt to order on the app if the interface was updated.

As a current employ of peppers and an avid customer I have to say this app is great!! Has all the specials, menus, chance for rewards and several other features that make it a great add on!!
