Rewards Rarely Work
Just attempted to use my $10 off birthday reward. Was informed that I already used it, which I have not. This is a regular occurrence for rewards on this app, birthday or otherwise.
Not As Great As Usual
I count on Sweetfin for superb poke bowls. This one had very little salmon and avocado and was loaded with extra cucumber. Not okay. The second time I’ve gotten a messed up bowl from the Venice store—the first time the poke was drowning in large pieces of kale, not chopped up.

Worst app ever, customer service is useless
The app is a glitchy, unusable mess. Cannot reorder an item or really do anything at all on it. Tried using their regretfully SMS-only “customer service”, they pretend they’ve never heard of any of the issues cited occurring before, even though these reviews are full of incidents just like mine. They refuse to admit a problem with their tech, and then sent me down a rabbit hole of absurd “solutions” that do not work either. No genuine attempt to make things right—just a lot of useless corporate-speak that they cut-and-paste in response to my requests for assistance. Basically the usual brick wall denial of problems that you often find from smug tech companies. Plus they try and blame outside issues like your wifi connection, which has zero to do with this glitchy, badly-designed app’s inability to function. The restaurant is great—but this app wasted so much of my time and energy, and Sweetfin’s lack of interest in actually helping me get an order placed or make up for my inconvenience (on multiple occasions) has killed my desire to eat there again. Bad people.

Repeat order never works
I love using this app to order. But there is an option on the app to re-order what you’ve ordered in the past and it never works. It would be so much easier if I didn’t have to go through and select everything I want every time I want to order the same exact thing.

Reorder Glitch
such a bad glitch when you go to reorder the exact same thing to the same location and you go order history and hit order again it doesn't actually add to cart it says “cart empty”. There should also be a feature to save “favorite” orders
Love Sweetfin food, hate the app
It prefills pickup and is super annoying when you want delivery. Customer support is non existent. Missing options. Cheaper than getting on a third party service but literally every time we’ve used this app we’ve had missed deliveries, longer than expected waits by a lot, wrong items. Fix this guys cmon.

This 15 minute online ordering process in that there was no in store ordering set back our order by 2x the time it took to order.

Sweetfin is delicious! But after ordering successfully on the app once, now it opens and the screen goes white. No updates needed, tried reinstalling—-seems glitchy. But I’ll still order online because YUM
