The app used to be terrible, but the new version is so much better and easy to use.

App does not work
Loaded the app so I could use it while on vacation. All it does is blink.
Glitchy
The back button does not work so any time I want to go back to the main menu, I have to close the app and reopen it. I also cannot update anything in account settings. Frustrating to use, not worth your time.

Lack Luster
The app seems to work but loosing all previous reward points is lame especially for long time customers. Things you could have done. 1. Notified people of upcoming app changes and allow opportunity to use rewards.
I was told if I added my phone number to app that I get my rewards and that was in fact not the case. 2. Since you are using the app to track purchases then you should have employees ask for app details to earn whatever you changed the rewards to. Also consider adding the ability to use receipts if app is not utilized at purchase.

Where are the rewards points??? I can't see them anywhere!!! The store has already told me 4 times already that all I need is 75 points to get the next discount; I' ve already made 4 purchases after that but they keep saying the same thing!!!! So where are the rewards and why are the stores not synced with the app????

I’ve been getting scammed for months and can’t redeem my points and no one can seem to help me! What’s the purpose? This app is trash!!!

They advertise rewards in store and this app is only for ordering. Every other rewards app gives you a QR code to scan. This app is a waste of time.
20 stores near me
All the stores near me the app only finds one 20 miles away. How do I get credit for purchases. Where is the QR code to scan? Or enter purchases manually.

I love my local Sweet frog, the staff Lilly & Lilly are both very welcoming and the store is always neat and tidy, they do an excellent job keeping the place clean! I appreciate their hard work! And above all the yogurt is the best tasting yogurt around! Thanks guys keep up the good work! 💕
Need to update app
This app needs updating none of the sweet frogs around me are listed in the location. Also the app should locations all of them and a way to track your points.

Can’t add local store to list in app
While I can find my local store in the app I can not add it to my store list to be able to start an order. Only the store in Poughkeepsie is on the list. I certainly don’t want to order from that store since it’s several hours away from where I live. I’d like to be able to change the store to the one that is 5 minutes from my home.

Doesn’t have all locations
I can’t place an order because this app doesn’t acknowledge every location.. it shows Poughkeepsie as the only new york location. I live in utica so i know for a fact there’s a location in New Hartford Ny because I was just there yesterday. There are also locations in Oneonta,Schenectady,and NewBurgh all locations in new york that aren’t available on this app which is unfortunate.
