About
Most surf apps tell you what the waves will do. Swell Feels remembers how they made you feel.
After every session, tap how it felt on the vibe wheel: Stoked, Glassy, Salty or Flat, then get specific. Your spot, date and time go in, and the tide, swell, wind and water temperature fill in on their own. Add your board, who you paddled out with, and a note if you want one. It takes about thirty seconds.
Over time, your own patterns show up:
- Which spots, tides and times of day leave you feeling good, and which don't
- How your boards and your crew change the session
- How often you're getting in the water, week by week
- Hours surfed this month compared with your usual month
HOW IT WORKS
- A four-part vibe wheel with 40 feelings, plus your own words
- Conditions filled in automatically for 2,000+ surf spots worldwide
- "Near you" finds the closest breaks using your location, which stays on your phone
- Browse spots by continent, country and region, or search by name
- Imperial or metric, light or dark
- Share a clean image of a session or your stats when you want to
- An optional daily reminder, only if you ask for one
YOUR JOURNAL IS YOURS
- Only you can see what you log. No ads, and your data is never sold.
- Export everything as a spreadsheet or a full backup at any time.
- Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
Free to try: log 5 sessions, then unlock once to keep logging. No subscription, no ads. Your past sessions and exports always stay yours.
Swell Feels is a personal reflection journal. It isn't therapy or medical care, and conditions data is for your records only, never for deciding whether it's safe to go out.
