App Crashes

This app crashes constantly. Messages cannot be reviewed or replied to because of the crash. Time wasted deleting the app and re-adding it and that doesn’t fix the issue. Happening on multiple employee devices so it’s not an isolated issue with certain phones or services. There is an issue within the app.

App broken

App signed me out out of the blue without reason. Tried signing back in, no luck. Tried changing password with email and phone number to no avail. Now I can’t get back in no matter what.

Needs Improvement

While this app has some useful features, there are several issues that make it frustrating to use. Logging in can take quite a bit of time, and sometimes it won’t even log off properly. I’ve also noticed that certain areas of the map don’t work, possibly due to coverage issues, which makes navigation unreliable. To top it off, it drains my phone's battery quickly when running, making it hard to use for extended periods. I hope future updates address these problems.

Pretty good

This app is pretty good for the most part, but still has some glitches to work out. It would be great if you could do everything through the app that you can do on a computer. I like the update on the app where we can add or take someone off a shift, but it would be helpful to be able to add more tabs to the shifts. One thing that is annoying to me and our employees is that when you clock into a shift you can’t see the details of that shift once you clock in. This is probably not a big deal for most jobs/shifts but it is an issue for our employees since we clean apartments and all the apartment details are under that shift that they clock into daily. The only way around this is to take a screenshot of the shift before you clock in. This has only been an issues since the most recent update has happened. Also, it would be great if you updated notifications as to what tab that notification is coming from. In order to find where the notification is coming from you have to click through all the tabs to figure out where it’s coming from. Other then that its pretty good.

Keeps me connected to my cleaners

We have over 50 locations to service for nightly office cleaning. Swept makes sure my team can easily click their hours and I know they are onsite because of the geofence. Highly recommended if you own a commercial cleaning company.

Takes too long to clock in

It takes at least 4 minutes to clock in to a shift. Please make it shorter

Not reliable!

This app is not reliable enough to be used on a day to day basis, I’ve had more bad time with this non reliable app signing in and out than good times, restarting my phone, waiting down time & time that I could be on the clock instead of waiting & wondering if I am???
This app has a lot of research to go before it’s able to be used professionally, but in my case (small business) it’s all I’ve been given to deal with!

This is a nice app but it needs to be fixed because every time I try to login keeps freezing on me

Doesn’t work at all.

Been using this app for a while now and my manager has to manually enter all our shift times because the app just straight up doesn’t work. We keep being told the problem will be fixed by this date or that date but nothing happens. Might as well just cut out the middle man and text my boss my times without ever even opening this garbage app.

Annoying and Unfriendly

This app is a royal pain in the butt to use. I need to use it to clock in and out for a cleaning job. Swept does not make this the simple task that it ought to be. Specifically, the tiny door icon took me several minutes to figure out, and I was almost “late” because of this. But clocking out? This took three attempts to catch on.

Messaging freezes too often

When I try to take a picture and send it in the messages, the app will freeze and I have to force close it and try again, usually two or three times. Even responding to a message without a picture will cause the app the freeze.

Update it

-As going through inspections you have to click every single item and again click the rating, there should be an update where instead of clicking one item to inspect, there should be 4 buttons next to it and click the one you want.
-Also the app should allow to upload multiple pictures instead of one at a time.
- When up splashing messages, there should be a text box to describe as you upload the picture

These can be really helpful into make inspections a lot faster and less tedious

I am an operations manager for service master clean and I love the app. It works great for our business, and has a lot of positive attributes. But a couple things I would like to see added is the ability to add multiple photos to inspections. For some buildings there is little to no phone service so I have to use the camera app on my phone and insert them later. Unfortunately, I can only put in 1 photo at a time and it’s very time consuming. Other than this it’s well attainable.

Very slow

When taking pictures if you don’t let it upload by swiping up until uploaded it doesn’t save and literally wastes time because you have to go back needs updating

No Multi Photo Upload?!?

I work in so many accounts with multiple projects going on and like to send my clients swept reports with photos and description of work done but it is absolutely absurd that I have to upload 20+ photos one by one. Why can’t we select multiple photos and just have them all upload at the same time? It’s 2020! The app deserves 5 stars after such a simple thing can be fixed.

A Clean Xscape LLC

We received a communication that the schedule alerts were fixed. However, it appears that the alerts still are not going away—even after reinstalling the app to ensure I have the newest update. Anyone else experiencing this same issue (alerts no clearing in IOS devices)?

Subpar

With new iPhones this app is so glitchy it cuts off much of the text you need to read, or it keeps you from being able to message anyone by covering the message box and half the app with your keyboard.
