Don’t download!
I downloaded this app and the pop up about getting notifications popped up, it would not go away! Rather I clicked allow or don’t allow. It stayed there and I could not use my phone at all. It would not let me touch anything else and the pop up would not respond either. I had to restart my entire phone to use it again!

Buttery (Root) Beer
I really enjoy the taste of Swig’s buttery (root) beer. The service at the Conway, AR location has always been great b/c they’ve been friendly, fast, and accurate with my order each time I’ve visited them. I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Can’t use reward cash.
The app is fine aside from not being able to redeem reward cash. The option is just greyed out like I have no rewards even though I have a balance.
App glitching bad
I can’t apply my rewards to my orders anymore for some reason and the app is constantly crashing or not letting me use my cards…not sure what is up. Love Swig, the app, not so much.

Can’t even sign in when I know I have an account
App Error
Trying to sign into my existing account with my phone number and it won’t allow me to complete it. The button is grayed out so I can’t earn rewards when I order. This has been an issue for over a month. Just had one open up closer to me and would like to go but I cannot access any of my information.

I updated the app and it logged me out. Won’t let me log in after I put in number ot takes me to the create account page but my info is already entered and continue button is grey unable to click
