Downloaded yesterday because I had a round coming up. Easy to use, saves all your data, fairways, bunkers hit, penalties incurred. Better than taking notes!
Gps terrible now
After having the app for several years this year the gps is extremely slow to catch up and gives the wrong yardage for several seconds most times i have to background the app and open it to fix it, just paid for renewal in April and they refused to refund the renewal since I bought The Grint which is cheaper and a far superior app

I’ve been playing golf about 6 months. Playing partners bought range finders, course books, tracking notepads - I didn’t, I just use this. The app is better with the Plus subscription (app pushes heavy discount deals); I get distances and slope and weather conditions. I’m also colour blind and find the green information EXCELLENT! Also, I track my shots using the app and it’s been so helpful to see where I’m going wrong/right. Since the app, I’ve made great progress and handicap keeps getting lower!

It takes too long to process and get the distance.
Simple to use
Not only is this app simple to use, but it's very accurate. After a couple of courses changed their hole locations, I reached out to the support team and they fixed the app immediately. Great golf app!
Wrong green location updated quickly
I messaged the swingu team about a golf course with the wrong green location and they updated it with in 12 hours. Extremely responsive and good team at SwingU
Great purchase
I purchased this during the Christmas promotion which offered the pro subscription for full year for $25 (Cdn) . Great purchase the app/apple watch has been the most accurate after using 18Birdies the Grint and Golfshot. It doesn’t drain the battery much, works really well with Apple Watch. I would definitely renew subscription if this promotion comes around again.

Easy to use, accurate yardage and great graphics!
Retired 66 years old.
I love the game but am not a long ball hitter. I always wanted to know distance to a lay up location. SwingU gives an arial view of the fairway I’m playing and provides hazard locations. After pinning a spot I want to land; I get yardage to the pinned location and yardage to the green from the pinned location. I love this option; and to top it all off, I can keep score on the app as well. LOVE IT!!!
