Can’t believe how accurate this is with my iPhone. I can see the distance to obstacles and quickly determined yardage center of THE GREEN front and back yardage.
I have been using this app for many years and recommended to my friends I play golf with.

More accurate ten most
Retired 66 years old.
I love the game but am not a long ball hitter. I always wanted to know distance to a lay up location. SwingU gives an arial view of the fairway I’m playing and provides hazard locations. After pinning a spot I want to land; I get yardage to the pinned location and yardage to the green from the pinned location. I love this option; and to top it all off, I can keep score on the app as well. LOVE IT!

Doesn’t save
I’ve had this app for years and used to love it. Be careful because they will overcharged you on a subscription renewal more than what they charge for new people to subscribe. And you can’t save a round. It keeps telling me that it won’t save. And I have on multiple times. Try to get somebody to help out with it and I get no response from them. Used to love this app but it’s ridiculous that over the last year and a half, you can’t save anything. And then you get overcharged for it anyway.

July 17 Sunday played in Dorchester GC Crossville. Was rainy, wet damp, rough difficult. Needed my app to improve what club to hit great app !

Chris and I played stonehenge Crossville tn. This app kept me out of all types of harm. I cant play golf without SWINGU!

I am member : meetup, BNA , TGE, BEGA and Sunset Landing. (Since I stopped using my watch in AUG I have had to depend on Swingu PRO and I’ve really seen a difference.
I’ve had to concentrate using SwingU learning how to use it after all these years of having swingU app on my iPhone, so my advice to you is only you SwingU get rid of all your other toys!

Newest version spams you to upgrade
One of my favorite things about SwingU (and why I’ve subscribed in the past) is because it’s quality and accessibility, offering a few more things for free than competitors. The latest update puts nearly everything behind a paywall and has no clear differences between options. Go to enter your score, get an add to upgrade. Tap on scoring options you’re used to tracking, like tee shot left/right, get an add to upgrade. How many times do I need to see an add DURING A ROUND TO UPGRADE? Around 20 times my last round. Sorry SwingU, I just bought a rangefinder.
Edit: I ended up giving and paying for a heavily discounted upgrade. The elevations are listed are never correct, and it’s not even close. Like consistently tells you the hole is uphill when it’s downhill wrong. On top of that, they won’t give me a refund because I waited too long to ask. Do yourself a favor and try another app.

Great App
Downloaded yesterday because I had a round coming up. Easy to use, saves all your data, fairways, bunkers hit, penalties incurred. Better than taking notes!
Gps terrible now
After having the app for several years this year the gps is extremely slow to catch up and gives the wrong yardage for several seconds most times i have to background the app and open it to fix it, just paid for renewal in April and they refused to refund the renewal since I bought The Grint which is cheaper and a far superior app
