Reports are on website only!
This app is JUNK!! It provides no reporting data on numbers sold, categories, volume by type, nothing but the total for the day. You can’t even see what is credit cards & what is cash! The only way to access reports is to sign into the website! What’s the freaking point of an app then?! It is useless. I wish I’d stayed with PayAnywhere that provides all this info & more in the app.

Waste of time and energy
Loaded the Paysafe apps and signed up to use the system to process payments and it has been a nightmare ever since. I’ve lost money can’t get ahold of anyone and the guy that set up my account refuses to return my call. Calling over ten times and leaving messages and still no reply. Like this is my business and there is no support or help from not one person in this company. The main guy is Landon Phillips and he has yet to return any of my phone calls. So please do not waste your time. I’m truly switching to PayPal. I have a business debit card and can get my funds immediately. I don’t have to wait two days and pray the it gets deposited. I literally have money sitting and because my bank refused a DEPOSIT from my company money I am being charged because this company did not have all of the information on the deposit. So now I’m being charged a fee just to get MY MONEY because this company failed to have all of the information on the deposit in the first place.

Doesn’t give you annual report
Good app, but doesn’t allow you to get totals for the year. Went to my transactions tab and put in 2025, and nothing happens. It would be nice if they calculated totals for each batch, or if you could request totals by entering start and end dates. This is the only app that doesn’t give me the option to access my 1099 immediately. You have to call to request one if you need a replacement.

No connection
My moby5500 does not connect to this software!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The software needs to be able to accept tap to pay without a device like square !!!!!! ASAP !!!!
After the upgrade
This app has worked perfect for years but after it updated it won’t open on the app it switches to the internet and nothing on looks the same. On my iPad it still works as it has always has but it’s use less now on my phone.
Great process
This is a seamless enjoyable process. I am extremely thankful for the training and the ease of the equipment usage. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Worst company ever
My experience with this company was terrible. They took my money and didn’t deliver what they promised. Be careful before dealing with them.
Need improvement. And communication
This company partners with deluxe. They have a hidden fee of PCI non compliance fees that start showing up on the second year. There are a lot of companies out here that do not charge that fee since they are insured. If you have a small business. I will not become this processor at all.

Update: Still doesn’t have feature to create payment link. It’s gotten to be really inconvenient to do links on the go.

So this app is awesome except for one thing…. Can you please add the function to create a Payment link in the app? Doing it on a website on the go (on a phone at least) is super tiny. Doing them on a computer I have to copy the link and send to my phone where all my messenger apps are to get it to the customer. Having the function with ALL the same options would make this app a 5 star for me!

Needed Features
The app feature has been very easy to use and recommend it for someone needing a basic virtual terminal with invoicing options. I would like to see the following options added to the app for improvement that would make it worth 5 stars.
1. Editing / Adjusting previously submitted invoices. Once you press send on the app if a customer needs to make a change to the invoice currently the invoice needs to be voided and an entire new invoice needs to be created. Which brings the next,
2. The option to duplicate an invoice. If a customer routinely orders the same items, it would be nice to be able to reproduce a previous invoice under a different invoice number.
3. There needs to be an ability to print the invoice that was created to submit with an order as a packing slip.

Do not get this app they don't tell you how much they are charging you. They don't even send you an email. How much they charge you for the service very hard to get in touch with them and they charge you much more than they tell you when you call them to register with them people you talk to at the beginning they don't work for that company telemarketing company they just tell you lies for you to sign up with them

Buggy app
Mobile application is horrible. It never loads any transaction history or the account overview; despite having good data connection.
Worked great until…
Worked great the first 3 months I used it on problem not is everyone at our company keeps getting logged out of the app if they close it getting an error code saying “response status code unresponsive code 401” this make the app inconvenient for use in the towing industry on dangerous roads
SwipeSimple payment processing app
I have been using SwipeSimple processing app for about two years now for my towing business.. We absolutely love the platform never any problems rather you doing it from your desktop or from your phone always connect Bluetooth to the card reader.
We love the feature where you can also manually enter the numbers in. It’s a great processing payment app!!

Something happened
Last update something went wrong it does not keep me logged in so when ever i close the app it kicks me out and i have to log back in hopefully it will be fixed soon.

They will make you loose thousands
Warning!!!! Our business did a job simple swipe said the payment went through 4 days later they returned payment to the customer. We’re a handyman business so what we do we can’t take back the product. So they made us lose $4000. Do not use them. This is a joke. I’m fixing to seek legal action towards this company
