Please make sure you have working internet connection, try changing region or tap on "Alternate IP" Button in the app which will try to connect to a new node in the same region. If this persist, please open the app menu and use the “Support -> Contact Support —>Slow VPN” option to let the app collect diagnostics before tapping on "Send Support Request" to send us the diagnostics report with a brief description of the issue. This will likely help us diagnose and fix any issues at the earliest.Hope this helps.
