Card balance disappeared
The app went through significant improvements but it looks like with the latest release it is not showing the card balance anymore. Links to “report a problem” does not work
Automatically Deactivated Paperless Statements
Terrible service! App deactivated the paperless statements after an update! A shame! Now I have to pay 1.95CHF in "paper handling fees"! You don’t say 🙄 Ridiculous!
Eine tolle App
Selten eine so tolle übersichtliche und funktionale App von einer Bank gehabt. Klare Empfehlung. Auch der Kundenservice ist absolutTop ! 5 Sterne von mir.
Not receiving payment approval notifications
I’m no longer receiving payment approval notifications in the app. Notifications are enabled. Is this known issue?

Full of errors and bugs. It never works, it’s so frustrating
À good App but a important limitation
Å good App easy to use with cards which are added in an automated way by AECS. But a limitation which makes the use of credit card dangerous: there is no way to fix a limit to the expenses as it is the case, e.g., with Credit Mutuel or Banco Sabadell. When the bank gives you a credit limit of , e.g., 3’000, you can fix the expense limit to 1’000 thus limiting the risk of large financial impact in case of fraud. The bank should even offer a better protection with an insurance to those customers actively using such a possibility

This latest version is for iOS 16. It is wrong to assume we all have the latest phone & run iOS 16. The developer should have a) checked to see how many customers have this iOS beforehand, and b) continued to provide the previous version for people like me that don’t have iOS 16 compatible phones! I am locked out of the app & can’t authorize payments…I’m closing my relationship with you Swisscard (AMEX) unless you reinstate the previous version!

DSW
Tried to register by iphone and dsw platform would not let me exit to read the SMS code (doh!).
So entered and registered card via ipad.
Then entered my account to read details- the dsw sends me another code on my phone…. then asks “did you receive this code on this machine (ie the ipad) or a different one.”
When I press “a different one” dsw shuts me down and says call the helpline.
This is not just daft, it is stupid.
Does no developer ever check his own work?

As it is custom in Switzerland this bank also refuses to release a real banking app. Instead you need to call them when they decide again to block your card for no reason…

Ich kann meinen Passwort Manager nicht nutzen um mich zu registrieren! Das ist sehr schade und sorgst dafür das ich alles manuell eingeben muss…

Passwörter lassen sich nicht kopieren, hier schwingt sich wieder ein völlig weltfremdes Entwicklerteam auf, den Nutzer vor sich selbst mit gesteigerter Nutzunerunfreudlichkeit zu beschützen. Wie ich das hasse.
Can’t print!
Some of my purchases need to be expensed. It would be great to be able to print all details so I can get my money back from the company. Why not add that feature? All details of all purchases should be available to be printed or downloaded. Thanks.
