Compared to other experiances I've had with Nigeria banking apps and their old school banking and verification system, this app and the services by switch/sterling bank in general is great! They provide me with the good experience that I needed after a stressful ordeal, dealing some other Nigerian banks/banking apps.
I had an experience recently with a bank in Nigeria that rejects my request to update my phone number because I filled out a fillable PDF form they sent to me in an email on the computer and not with my own handwriting.
The process of updating your personal info should have been made possible online in the first place. Seriously, it's 2024 for crying out loud!

Bad experience
I never write review for apps, but sterling seems to not care about their customer experience or what, I finished setting up my account from the website and need to do selfie verification to complete my registration buh the app keeps crashing only the older version of the app works fine but it force me to update and this time nothing works please do something about it.
