This app is a disgrace to its iOS users.
You should avoid Switcher products altogether, they don’t support HomeKit anyway.

שירות טכני מזעזע
כל עוד המוצר והאפליקציה עובדים הכל נפלא. ברגע שיש תקלה באפליקציה ופונים לתמיכה הטכנית אפשר רק לחלום על לקבל פתרון.
1. אין אפשרות לשוחח עם תמיכה טכנית בטלפון, רק במייל.
2. אין שום מעקב שלהם אחר פניות שנפתחות במייל.
3. הייתי צריך לרדוף אחריהם שבועיים כדי לקבל תגובה ש״התקלה באפליקציה בבדיקה״.
לא מפתיע שהחברה הזאת לא מופיעה בגוגל, הם בטח חוששים מהדירוגים השליליים שלקוחות יעלו לשם.

Not syncing with app
Worked for 6 month and now My Smart power plug is not found in the app. Smart plug is in pairing mode and nothing. Need fix.
Maybe the next version will work
It has always been very bad at connecting but now it just doesn’t work. It never worked reliably. I bought another that never worked. I look forward to this product improving.
No Siri support
The app itself is nice and works OK - but the fact that there is no automation or Siri support is a poor decision - hope it will be fixed
