The worst app used in school
If you are forced to use this in school you will want to delete it and never look at it again. The teacher that tells you to use is also probably an indoor.
Missed turn in
I turned in a school assignment on this app, it lagged and didn’t send it, after it said it had, I lost my 4.0 GPA and thousands of dollars worth of scholarships to this app.
Doesn’t fully support Apple Sign-in and issues with video upload
Whatever you do, do NOT utilize Apple sign-in. On their website, the company actively discourages users from utilizing this and states that Apple requires them to offer it.
I can’t gain access to my videos due to an issue with “hide my emails” yet Swivl is sending me promotional emails to the same address.

Works as advertised
Does all that it is supposed to. No problems hooking up to robot. Would be nice to be able to edit videos, like crop or combine videos but that would be a bonus

'Go to my account on web' link doesn't work
Pros: Great update. Lovely-looking interface. Robot tab is great for new users.
Cons: Files Profile tab includes a really handy link that I assume takes you to your cloud about, but 'Go to my account on web' didn't work. My colleague tried it from her app and it didn't work- she had a standard account, I have Pro.

Videos won't upload
Videos will no longer upload and are then gone.
App crashing
This version is crashing after sign in on the IOS app.
Great App!!
Wonderful product, very user-friendly!! The new update is great for using multiple markers and dual-camera. We are able to hear clear dialogue and watch interactions between students.
App has stopped uploading videoes
Getting an error message and videos will no longer upload.
Terrible update
This version has stopped allowing me to save to the CAMERA ROLL .....instead I have to PAY MONEY for the Swivl Cloud solution.
We have these in our schools and we don't want or need another service.
This is a great device now made almost useless unless you pay more money.
Please re instate the camera roll option.

Lost dongle/remote
This update is great and all... but didn't do anything to help me find the remote/dongle I lost.
This version crashes on iPad iOS v8.3
No matter how many times I try to work around it, this update will simply not work on my iPad 3 using iOS 8.3. This has been a problem for weeks now. It used to work just fine before this Swivl capture update. I have to use other devices on the Swivl while I wait for a fix, or switch to another video capture app... Too bad.
