Kind of pay to win. Or rather pay to keep up. Not a bad grinding game until you hit a level wall once in a while.
Top-up blocked + asked for government ID via email, feels unsafe
My top-up got blocked and the “Start an Inquiry” button in-app is broken (loads a blank page). When I contacted support, they asked me to email a payment receipt + a photo of my ID/passport + a full list of my game accounts.
Normal support only needs a receipt and user ID to verify a purchase — asking for personal ID documents through an outside email feels unsafe, and there’s no clarity on how that data would be stored or protected.
Please fix the in-app inquiry button and offer a verification process that doesn’t require sending personal documents

I love the game
It’s just my favorite game. I love it.

Great game but it annoys me after awhile it forces me to log off to get xp to get farther in the game, I just wish there was more ways of getting xp so I can play the game longer
Fun social MMO
While time gated and with a healthy amount of idle, the community is generally wholesome and welcoming. I am enjoying the game and loving the people playing it!
