Buggy with iPhone 17
Worked great with other phones but iPhone 17 it doesn’t appear to like.
I can never get into customer polarity option and occasionally the Home Screen will give data.
I can sometimes use the service screen.
Comes up with error code 00662:9

Jobs already hard enough and this app makes it harder. Connects when it wants to, hours wasted adding up by the week

Will not discover RTUs via Bluetooth. Must uninstall reinstall every day. PLEASE FIX ASAP

My iPhone app is not allowing it to open service or change polarity. iPhone Symbio app freezes.

This app isn’t functioning, it stops as soon as you open it, I’ve tried reinstalling but it just got worse.

Version 2.0.4 includes a fix for the app tracking issue. Please download the latest version and check it out.
Doesn’t work
Used it in the past. Reinstalled the app. Locks up at start. Needs to be fixed.
Unreliable app
App does not work unless you allow devices to “ask to track” in settings. No way of knowing if not for the other reviews for the app. Major issue, and basically makes a useless app.

Garbage app as usual with trane nothing works, app frozen on start up, doesn’t go anywhere.
