Scam to get money?
Dont sign up for this. They offer a 14 day refund but dont give you any way to cancel this on wix. Customer support says they cant do anything about it but Symphony doesnt respond. The app is glitchy and doesnt work. They will simply take your money for something broken and then not allow you to cancel it. Im having to block them from my back in order to get the reoccuring charges to stop.

Don’t use!
Things started well. I was impressed, it genuinely felt like I had employees. But over time I started to realize it would get things done incorrectly or make mistakes, which caused me to work more just to fix them.
The straw that broke the camel's back: one week it wouldn't do anything. It kept telling me I needed credits, even if I just said hi. I finally gave in and bought credits, then it started working on older things and sucked up my credits fast, in an attempt to force me to buy more. It felt very credit focused, to the point where it was frustrating.
I'm glad I found something much better. I do not recommend this at all. This is my worst AI experience so far.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Horrible is the only word to describe the level of service provided by Wix and Symphony. Do not, I repeat, do NOT rely on them to support your business. UX of their app is horrible, the customer support extremely inefficient, can’t solve simple tasks when building an app and agents hallucinations all the time

I have had a terrible time with Symphony and Wix in general. I had paid someone to make a website for me and it wasn’t that great so I decided to do it myself. It has taken me 3 months to do very simple tasks and I have lost a ton of money and time because of Wix and Symphony. They have admitted by email that there have been bugs and corrupted files that were created when I gave commands to their ai agents. I thought with them being based out of Tel Aviv that their ai would be top of the world but they must just use that for intelligence and sell foreigners the cheap stuff. Not surprising really. I would never recommend for any business owner or anyone at all who wants to create a website to use Wix. You will waste your time and money. I have lost well over $100,000 in a single month to their “bugs” and “corrupted files.” All they have done so far is refunded me a small amount of ai credits and their ai is absolute junk. I hope whoever is reading this will avoid them at all costs.

I reached out several times with explanation, screenshots, and tried to be patient . This AI system should simply not exist and I would NOT waste the time on it honestly
Spend Time Elsewhere
Kinda feels like they’re looking for free QA engineers. Everything is broken, even their support escalation/emails. Nothing actually works (except the ChatGPT wrapper chatting). I have seen zero actual agentic output.

Worse than having no help
This has actually created more work for me than having no help. It ignores rules and requests and loops back to fix the same non-issue every day no matter how many times I tell it that there is no problem and to shut off alerts and meetings etc. But I’m scared to delete it because I don’t trust that it won’t act on my behalf without permission if it doesn’t hear back from me. I go delete the specific skills to disable the possibility and it tells me there is no such skill even though I literally clicked on the skill to get to the screen I’m on.

WIX already offers what Orion can do
I have many automations set up through WIX website already so I’m not sure why this is a separate app. I wanted it to interact with clients that wrote new messages about my services and booking questions but mostly to handle new clients - text SMS back to people that text me but it can’t do that. It wants their email address and their name before it will text back. People don’t usually give their name and email in an SMS. LOL. Pretty much useless at this point.

Scam
Paid highest subscription and then app logged me out and will not give me any option to log back in. It asks me to verify using my phone number to login and then tells me my number is already used for an account which I know as I’m trying to login into that account. The customer service haven’t replied despite me sending several emails and the WhatsApp support just tells me that they can’t help me at all. I now can’t even cancel my subscription that I am paying over £50 per month for nor can I utilise the features?

Not able to deliver emails or sms
I think it could be a really useful application, but currently it’s not able to deliver emails to clients, or texts for that matter, so it isn’t relieving any of the issues I was hoping to address and is only just adding more work
