I am unable to create an account or connect to the wifi. This app is basically unusable. I hope these issues are being worked on but it seems that this has been going on for over 2 years now

It used to work
I got to first use it in 2020 and it worked well, but now it won’t even let me login. I’ve tried to make new accounts and still nothing. What’s going on? Please do better.

This app doesn’t work at all because it’s no longer supported by Telkonet and there’s no replacement for it. Completely useless.

Its not user friendly, I cannot create and account. Constantly have to delete and redownload and it keeps saying the server has a problem
It used to work
We got housing in March, it worked fine for a while and then suddenly it stopped showing the temperature or the settings correctly. As for schedules they’re not very robust nor do those show up or update correctly any longer. Already deleted and reinstalled the app. Logged out and back in. Nothing. It really needs to be fixed. I don’t understand how something so broken can go ignored for so long. Kinda sad really. If a programmer needs some testing or suggestions to work this out, hit us up because you need some boots on the ground folks to work with you on this. It could be vastly improved.

App will not let me create a user ID
This app is terrible. I’ve been trying to create a user ID for two weeks and the app crashes each time.

If i dont have this installed in all the houses here on base i would not download this app! This is the most dumbest app ever created. Do better who ever is the developer of this. You dont need money for this useless app!

I wish there was a zero star option. This app is a big waste of time and won’t allow you to connect to the wifi. Shame on whoever created this junk app and thermostat. I guess I will continue to have my ac kick off at night as I boil in my room. Thank you symphony sonata. Save your self the time don’t download this “app”

Never works
I am constantly having to delete the app and redownload. It hardly ever updates with the current temps, and I will have to go to the actual device to mess with the temperature. I created a new schedule hours ago, and it is still not updating the app even after deleting and downloading again. We are renters, so I can not change thermostats, and we are stuck with this.

Annoying
Like the many reviews submitted, it cannot connect to the WiFi. Tried everything. And nothing works. If a company is going to launch an app, make sure it works.
