Repeat Onboarding When I Open

I got this to keep track of my new routine with Prozac. I also already paid the $29.99 subscription. I can’t even go back to my day 1 to track the medication journey. It starts from a few days ago and not the date I set. I had also seen a partner code option which no longer appears. I’d like my husband to also be able to view my daily check-ins and charts. Each time I’ve opened the app it starts me over through onboarding. When I do the onboarding it says I’m on Day 1 when I’m day 8. The UI is super cute and so are the little characters as is the idea but the usefulness for $29.99 a year doesn’t seem worth it yet. Perhaps it’s in need of an update?

Response from developer

Thank you for the detailed report, and we’re sorry. The onboarding loop is a bug, and it also reset your treatment day. We’re working on both issues and have noted your request to share check-ins with your husband. Please contact us through App Support on this page so we can help with your account.

Nasty greedy evil pigs(i'd give no stars if that was an option)

ANY app that advertises support for either mental or medical health help, makes the app free in the app store, has you "create your profile" or "customize your needs", then makes you unable to actually use the app without paying, is HORRIBLE and EVIL.
taking advantage of someone who has a disadvantage like that while KNOWING that what you're advertising can be so helpful for their lives that they CLEARLY struggle with bc they are downloading YOUR APP.
NASTY!
and its not even the part/fact that their want/have a subscription plan, its fact that you cant use the app AT ALL unless you pay for that subscription.

Response from developer

You’re right that the subscription should be clear before you spend time setting up your profile. Claro currently requires a subscription unless access is provided through a participating clinician. We’re reviewing when and how we explain this. App Support can help if your clinician works with Claro.

Issues with UX

Lost a bunch of time trying to configure what seems like a very basic thing - prior taper schedule for a recently started medication. There is no way to enter it. During onboarding you can only set a separate drug schedule, with an explicit explanation of having stopped for detrimental reasons. Doing it after onboarding doesn’t work either - somehow taper schedule is only for future. That just makes no sense, someone clearly overinvented a bicycle here for what seems like a basic situation.

Response from developer

We’re sorry you lost time on this, and you’re right: Claro currently can’t record a taper that has already started. We’re rebuilding tapering to support past schedules. We’ll update this response when the change is live.

Had potential but full of bugs

Why does the check in process leave me at the empty screen reading “A few more questions”? Why can’t I adjust my dose from day to day, if needed? Why can’t I just log my dose and my mood and be done with it? Why can’t I choose when to chat with the ai that is not providing any help at all?

Overall the app has potential but there’s several bugs and quirks that leave me not wanting to come back.

Response from developer

Thank you for spelling this out. The empty follow-up state, automatic chat, and dose editing make a basic check-in harder than it should be. We’re fixing this flow so you can log your dose and mood without being pushed into chat. Please contact us through App Support if you need help in the meantime.

Why I find it only now?

I needed it from starting my journey! I love claro!!!

Response from developer

We wish you'd found us sooner too! Glad Claro is with you now, and thanks for all the love.
