App reverts to root shared folder
This app would be great if it didn’t constantly revert back to the main root shared folder any time you switch apps, take a call, send a text, etc. We have a complex file system on our remote server that takes many clicks to navigate to a specific file. Having to start back at the beginning of the shared folder to reopen a file anytime you leave the app seems like a oversight or a very poorly thought out feature. It pretty much makes the app unusable for productivity. I find myself downloading copious amounts of files to my phone just to avoid having to use Synced Tool to access them remotely, which is the whole purpose of the app.
Can this not be fixed through a simple update? This is not new behavior either. It has done it from the first time I’ve used the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and the behavior persists. It also happens regardless if you use Web Preview or iOS Viewer to open files.
Please fix so files you are viewing stay open when you switch apps.

Needs an update.
With iOS 13.3.1 already in full swing and dark mode available the UI especially filenames unless tapped on are no longer visible.
Also with apps such as MEGA.NZ’s the bar has been raised for mobile storage functionality.

Useless in Dark Mode
This app doesn’t support dark mode and odds unusable if you are running dark mode!

So I updated the app after the developers now support ios13. One of the biggest features is dark mode. Maybe the developers missed the memo. You now can’t use the app cos you can’t see the folder names - making is utterly useless!
This app could be great
If this app could cache/download your favorite files or if it wasn’t so slow at downloading when you’re simply just trying to view a text document it could be competitive. Please update this for iOS!!
Why bother?
App is clearly an afterthought with no real commitment to functionality and use. Setup to backup photos and continuously times out requiring restart. All in all, given the lack of reasonable functionality I question if the app provides any real value in backing up anything on the iPhone?

You know it is bad when it takes longer to open and view a document through this app then it does to download it and view it through another app.
It is always crashing and will black out my screen. But the worst part is how slow it takes to navigate through the app.

Worse decision ever to switch to this from DropBox. I can’t download any of my files from my iPad now. It is ALWAYS glitchy and NEVER reliable.
Broken in iOS 11 - still!
Issues now when viewing simple jpeg issues it throws all sorts of errors stating connection timeout and other errors (connection is fine).
Also photo uploads now corrupt images.
Totally useless in iOS 11.
Moving back to Dropbox if not fixed soon.

Keeps uploading
When I try to look at a page on a PDF or a folder... it keeps downloading the entire folder or file... it will disappear and reappear until the entire file is downloaded not allowing you to view or work on the one you selected. If it is a large file, it can be very annoying...
Need New Update
This app works great unless you have the new iPhone 6. It worked great with 5 and under but when I got the new 6, It won't upload my pictures to the folders I'm transferring them too. It won't even pull up my camera roll any more. Please provide a new update!! Our construction company uses this app all the time!

Superb cloud tool
I've used this Synced Tool to securely access the Save9 FileSync & Share online service and it works flawlessly every time. I particularly like the extra layer of access protection provided via the app passcode and it is reassuring to know my data is protected in transit using AES 256-bit encryption. Excellent app - well done!

Need fixes
With new iOS, doesn't seem that uploading photos or videos works from inside the app. Please fix.
Handy if the bugs get worked out
Camera upload directly into folders instead of only the upload section would be very helpful. Also being able to pick through the camera roll instead of only having the option to upload entire camera roll.
