Signing up felt complicated, the rewards system and adding “cards” to your “cart” is confusing to me. Your monthly subscriptions you make online are completely separate and don’t count towards anything. Too many problems

Se ha actualizado el app y ahora no reconoce el email ni para recuperarlo y no se puede acceder a los puntos ¿lo podéis arreglar?

Can’t login anymore.
I don’t know what happened, but since the v2.0, the app no longer sign in. I can’t see my points nor the qr code.

Lost account & payment removed
The Syra app was good about a year ago, then they removed the payment system through the app (which gave you beans & a little discount) mainly because they clearly seen they can make more money by removing it and claiming it’s “TeMpOraRy” but it never came back. Anyways, forced update signed me out and now my account has been completely deleted from their system which caused me to loose over 400 beans (their loyalty point system which equates to just under 2 coffees or €5)
Prices have been jacked up, workers are always complaining they are underpaid, the core values of this business has been ruined for corporate greed and profits.
