It didn't protect anything at all when a person who was once very important to me got in my cloud and destroyed my privacy claimed the throne so this app does nothing or assisted with a mega sabatage.

ScamShield usually comes up as one of the reasons I’m still at T-Mobile after the price rise and mandatory price change.
Only complaint would be its incorporation into T-Life. Still works but requires some extra navigating.

It’s 6/29/26 and there hasn’t been an update for over a year. App won’t open at all. Keeps crashing. Unknown if it’s actually blocking scam calls. Uninstalling now

this app doesn’t work anymore; they have done away with it. i called support and they said that “scam shield” is all in the t-life app now, in its settings.
