Unable to create tpin in ios. Logged in with password and when trying to creating tpin by clicking on profile it not going to profile page and profile icon is missing. So after logout it's again asking for tpin. Please resolve this issue

Useless and time wasting app
I had full kyc account in twallet but after recent upgrade it asked me register again and it’s showing now as low kyc. I even had some money left. When I reached support team they are not even responding. If you call them they say put a message in whatsapp but you don’t get any reply in whatsapp even after 2 days.

Login issue
I am not able to login to my account as it says account not registered. However my no has been registered long back. This issue started to happen after the latest app update. Kindly look into this.
Not user friendly
The basic features like back navigation icon at the top for update password is not there. And forgot password option is also not there. UI is also not good if you see the login screen below the status bar there is an empty space in the place of header. How come these basic things are missing. Now I am not even able to use the app because app is asking me to update the password but I forgot my password. There no option to change the password or to login.

Dear Developer, I have downloaded the app to use the services in my Apple Device . But I am not able to register even after submitting all the required information. Tried multiple times but getting same issue. Kindly look into issue and sort it out asap.

Ever since I have updated the app to the latest version T Wallet app is crashing as soon as I open and enter my pin.
Unable to action anything further. Not sure if there is a problem within the app that came out without fixing. Looks so weird.
