T10 app works with EAR Micro’s T10 Bespoke products to provide a visual interface for settings, and to toggle an array of functions like SuperHearing, parametric equalization, music sharing, head moves, low latency audio, and voice control functionality. The app has a clean layout, and contains built in instructions (both text and video) to teach people how all the functions in the app, and on the T10 Bespoke work. The app even opens up automatically anytime you power up the matching T10 Bespoke. I’ve been using for over 2.5 years, and the app and firmware for T10 are updated regularly. The company is responsive immediately to technical questions, and even suggestions for new functions. I highly recommend.

I'm sorry that you experienced difficulties, Jiaqizzzzz. As noted in the App Store, the T10 Bespoke app is a companion app for our T10 Bespoke true luxury wireless, hi-fidelity in-ear computers. As such, you would have to be a current owner of our T10 Bespoke product in order to use this app. I assure you that our app works beautifully with T10 Bespoke!
