Poor design
Not user friendly. No batch accept shifts. Could not delete attendance if entered something wrong.
I dread doing this.
This system for logging my work is cumbersome non intuitive to use and is disadvantaging me financially-It is unhelpful, oblique and Byzantine in its design.
Useless
It takes ages to load, no matter how many times you open new notifications, it gives error and says unable to mark it as unread. Today, it does not load at all!
Horrible
Seriously why Monash University use this app is a mystery. Add another layer of bureacracy for sessional academic staff when we are just teaching. This is anothet layer to BURDEN sessional academic staff to claim the payment for our work.
Trouble clocking on
The app is good and gives you great information of your coming shifts and details of where and when to work. But clocking on is a nightmare at times even though you’re in the vicinity of your workplace and multiple staff get problems
