Repeated can’t log in
Today not the first time of not being able to log in and start parking with uni identity when it works everywhere else. Took nearly 30 min and over 10 goes to work.
Change of location after 30 min. Glad didn’t get fined today like has happened before. Once off would be random. Third time not impressed!

Remains useless
Have been trying to use this app for about three years for my place of employment. It does not work - won’t even let me in. No way to contact support. No way to reset account t. Just keeps sending me in a login loop that fails. Please rectify this issue!

1 cent per minute is a steal for students who are struggling financially like me.
Premium setting is hidden
To turn off premium services so you don’t get charged it is hidden in settings and it is impossible to get a refund. Also if a payment is missed you have to enter your credits card details again claiming this is a security feature. If that was the case Google Netflix,adobe etc wouldn’t have a “Try again” button

No ability to schedule
I’m in my office twice a week. Should be easy to preschedule that in the app right so I don’t risk a fine? Nooo of course it isn’t. Worst app ever
