Repeated can’t log in
Today not the first time of not being able to log in and start parking with uni identity when it works everywhere else. Took nearly 30 min and over 10 goes to work.
Change of location after 30 min. Glad didn’t get fined today like has happened before. Once off would be random. Third time not impressed!

Remains useless
Have been trying to use this app for about three years for my place of employment. It does not work - won’t even let me in. No way to contact support. No way to reset account t. Just keeps sending me in a login loop that fails. Please rectify this issue!

To turn off premium services so you don’t get charged it is hidden in settings and it is impossible to get a refund. Also if a payment is missed you have to enter your credits card details again claiming this is a security feature. If that was the case Google Netflix,adobe etc wouldn’t have a “Try again” button

No ability to schedule
I’m in my office twice a week. Should be easy to preschedule that in the app right so I don’t risk a fine? Nooo of course it isn’t. Worst app ever

Hopeless - will not register my university carpark , even though the uni is partnered with them. Regardless if you look it up or scan the QR code provides says it’s the wrong one. Absolutely hopeless

Payment failure
This app is a billing disaster, instead of correctly charging my card on file they suspend my account immediately.

Can’t Even Sign Up
The worst app I’ve ever used. I couldn’t even register an account despite providing all the required information.
Payment method needs updating
If the card does not have enough in it, it makes you re enter your card details again once you’ve transferred money rather than allowing you to retry the payment. Very time consuming.
Worst app ever
Tried using this app, nothing pops up on my parking location, does not work, even when i typed in my current location it still doesnt let me park, went back to cell o park and worked straight away.

Does not allowed me to sign in previous account
I tried to sign up for my uni parking but it told that my email already been created. But when I tried to log in with that email (recover the account), it didnt let me do it.
Ridiculous
If you want a quick casual car park for one hour it is not acceptable to be forced to spend 20 minutes to enrol, accept terms, provide you credit card and personal details, allow location tracking before you even get told the rate for parking. I want the simple slot machine back…
