Best fitness app
I love this app so much I’ve been using it for years and it takes a lot of the prep work out of workouts. I just choose things I want to do and set the timings and then I don’t have to count!

Only timer you’ll ever need
Such a great app. Single payment, no subs. All the features you could wish for. Intuitive to use with a beautiful simple interface. Used for years now and it keeps getting improved. Not even bothered looking at the alternatives. Kudos to the developers 🙌

Keeps me focused
Great app. It gets me in and out of the gym a lot more quickly.
Perfect
I am not able to workout like I used to unless I’m in the pool. I use this app for my workouts, it tells me what to do and when to do it and it’s great. Verbal cues are helpful. And you can play your music at the same time, it dampens the music to give verbal cues and keeps your workout moving forward. I love this app!
