love it!!

i love this app for buying and selling used tack. the customer service is amazing. it is safe with transactions, i’ve never had any issues. only issue is i don’t get notifications even though i have them turned on causing me to miss messages from interested buyers. but overall a great app for buying and selling tack!

Exactly what the equestrian community needs!

I’m a big fan of this app, it’s very easy to post as a seller and easy to find things as a buyer. Their customer service is really responsive too. I am over trying to buy and sell on facebook and with all the scams out there these days it’s nice to have a trusted platform to sell on.

Equestrian Necessity!

A great resale app for equestrians to buy and sell their stuff. It’s well organized and has lots of goods. I’ve also had great success reselling stuff I don’t use. I’m glad riders have such a great online marketplace!

Love this app but the share link when sending items requires you to download the app. Really hope this gets fixed!

Links not working

App works great and is very useful for selling equestrian gear, however, only shows logo when opening the app no matter how I try to get onto it

Needs work

The app is has a poorly designed interface and is not user friendly. I tried to go with it anyways. But the final straw for me is this: The company will place a 1 star review on your profile if you cancel a sale. Totally inappropriate. I understand wanting to discourage cancellations but accidents happen and it doesn’t make sense to penalize by wrecking my rating. Now I will likely never make a sale because it shows a low rating near my username. How exactly does that benefit you tacktack?

I give up

Just wrote an entire review about how much time I wasted trying all my emails and passwords and even trying to reset my password just for it to say my login “may” have been deleted even though I’m still getting notified about my items I’m trying to sell. I think it’s stupid, just use marketplace or OfferUp.

i still haven’t got my money!

the app itself is frustrating for me. it’s filled with glitches and i don’t receive notifications on my phone so unless i check my messages every day i have no idea if someone’s trying to contact me. tacktack uses the company stripe to handle payments, and it’s awful. i sold an item months ago and tried to change the credit card linked to my account (i have a different card than the one i originally signed up with) and i couldn’t switch cards without having my previous card number! i emailed a tacktack representative for 10 days back and forth about this issue before she told me she couldn’t help me and i had to email stripe. months later, i am still trying to get my $50 from stripe.

Loved now hate

This app is great, when it works. And it typically doesn't, i have tried everything i can think of and nothing works i am now unable to log in on my computer as well and have been unable to reach a support term. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Redownloaded it a million times

I have deleted and redownloaded several times and the app continues to crash and give me a white screen. I love this app and I’m sad I’m unable to open it. I also have several unread messages that I am unable to open. Pls help

“Can’t get past the firewall”

I won’t have an app that tells me I need to disconnect from my internet and use cellular because it can’t get past the firewalls. It was ok to download but making an account needs no firewalls? No thank you!

Great place to buy and sell tack

The app is very user friendly. I bought a saddle and sold a saddle on Tack Tack and highly recommend. They make the process very easy and you can find about everything on their site.

Please fix opening the links!

I love this app and use it to both buy and sell stuff, but in a recent update something happened to the accessibility of specific items when sending to a friend for example. I keep trying to send someone horses and saddle pads from TackTack, but every time either of us opens the link we get taken to safari and then the App Store and the link is lost in the process. I love this app so please fix this! (It’s the same when you get a message from someone through the app.
p.s the people this happens with also have TackTack and ive tried with multiple different people but the links no longer work

Love this app!

I have kids that ride and it’s such an expensive sport! It’s amazing to have this tool to resell and buy gear as they grow. Fantastic customer support too!!

Not a fan of most recent update

I’ve always loved this app but it seems that the most recent update made it so I have to click on an item to see the price, instead of it being visible while browsing a category. I find that very frustrating and time consuming and it honestly makes me not want to use the app anymore.

First Experience Was GREAT!

After looking for months for the right saddle for my filly, I found one on TackTack. The app worked well and facilitated a seamless transaction and communication with the seller. Julie at TackTack provided great customer service when I experienced a log on issue.
