Doesn’t work with wifi
Somehow, this app doesn’t work with Wi-Fi. You just you can’t finish an order. You can’t add a payment method if you’re on Wi-Fi. I’m actually astounded that they managed to do this. I don’t even know how you would do that. They must’ve put a lot of effort into making it not work. Taco Bell needs to seriously reconsider the company the source this app to. The developers of this app aren’t fit to right applications. Hands-down, the worst app I’ve ever seen or used.

Delivered at wrong time
I Asked for the delivery to at 1:21 or around there. They showed up at 1210. Driver was good tho

Actually, not a rip off
For some reason when I didn’t put in my apartment number it was more money for delivery it even tried to change my address and it did a couple times. Also, the postal code was wrong. So when I changed it to my apartment number it was cheaper for delivery. How nice.

App and web don’t work
Go to add to basket and oops error 404, not found. Mentioned it to store and they said apps and web suck and company does nothing to fix it. Waste of time. The food is good though 😀.

It’s 2026 and Taco Bell doesn’t offer rewards on their app, distasteful…
Decent app
I found the app to be fairly easy to navigate. The option to preorder with 15 min intervals was helpful for my order that was needed later in the day.

the app glitches and gets frozen ALL THE TIME. there’s no rewards system. the only way you get deals is if you have in hand coupons. do better this app is useless.
