Worst FF App ever used
Would not let me add payment info would not update food kept showing nothing in cart and then when food added previous items appeared. Could not get it to work at all

this is by far the worst fast food app. It won’t send me the two factor authentication code over many days of attempting and refuses to pull up any locations when I either type in my address or it locates my address using the location feature, and I simply cannot order anything
Shouldn’t have changed the Value Menu
Nothing terribly wrong with the app… my issue is with the pricing changes. Taco Bell changed the value menu, removing all 3 items I ordered every time. $4 & $5 items are not a “value”, they feel like regular price. I used to get Taco Bell at least once a week, but now I order from there less than once a month. The food is too expensive for the quality it is. Just my opinion…

Can’t make an account
Put my email in, didn’t sent a code. Tried 3 other emails for the same result.
Useless app
I have tried using the app in 3 seperate occasions and each time it doesn't work. Coupons won't work, can't order, and now I cant log in. Each time time I try to log in it says it sent a code to my email but I never get a code. And I checked my junk mail too.
Useless app
garbage, can’t register, can’t place order, ui looks cluttered and unintuitive, don’t bother waste of space app.
Can’t sign in or use app at all
Request to nodejs emails endpoint failed: Request failed with status code 500
Works sometimes
Placed order, $50 worth of food , got nothing! Store doesn’t take calls and no way to get help through app or online, had to dispute charges with bank and wait months for a refund. Do not download!
Worse fast food app
This app is very poorly made. First thing the coupons they offer never work. Doesn’t have all taco bell locations. If you switch to another app it restart everything and it’s very slow. Doesn’t have all combos or options. And you can rarely sub anything to beans which you can do at any Taco Bell in person

Consistently difficult experience
Often unstable, have to log in every time I go to make an order, and the “coupons” section is always empty. Where are the coupons? The MAIL!? In 2026!? Every other fast casual spot has a better app than this.
Edit: I made my whole order in the app, and after two attempts to checkout yielding me error messages, I gave up, wrote the first half of this review, and went and ordered at the window. The exact same order at the window was $3 less! Inflated prices on the broken app! Hilarious! I’ve never seen an INconvenience fee before! Whoever the devs are on this app are either underpaid, overworked, unqualified OR entirely AI

Horrible app
The worst app I’ve ever seen, not sure why they made an app that resembles a website which makes it very hard for people and customers to use. The app itself does not work, and the help button is useless, whoever made the design for this app did a horrible horrible job; please hire better people to create ur app.

Worst fast food app
No rewards, no coupons. When mobile ordering (the only semi-functional use for the app), it doesn’t automatically suggest the closest location and will seemingly just randomly select one in a 30 mile radius. I have missed this once and had to drive to the other end of the next city over to pick up my order. No cancellation option, no customer service. Terrible.

The app has so many bugs it keeps requiring signing in every time,

Doesn’t work with wifi
Somehow, this app doesn’t work with Wi-Fi. You just you can’t finish an order. You can’t add a payment method if you’re on Wi-Fi. I’m actually astounded that they managed to do this. I don’t even know how you would do that. They must’ve put a lot of effort into making it not work. Taco Bell needs to seriously reconsider the company the source this app to. The developers of this app aren’t fit to right applications. Hands-down, the worst app I’ve ever seen or used.

Delivered at wrong time
I Asked for the delivery to at 1:21 or around there. They showed up at 1210. Driver was good tho

Actually, not a rip off
For some reason when I didn’t put in my apartment number it was more money for delivery it even tried to change my address and it did a couple times. Also, the postal code was wrong. So when I changed it to my apartment number it was cheaper for delivery. How nice.
