Lately rewards based on spend are for products I’ve never bought nor intend to. I have a history of cash back towards current purchase and that has gone away. I understand why the company is trying to masquerade retail priced rewards as the same value as cash back. This is the last time I’ll use this app and since I’ll be ordering onsite from now on, I’ll take the opportunity to try Papi’s Tacos and more, which is next door (Dallas location).

Terrible app
Rejects new credit cards for no reason. You just a generic error that doesn't explain. Then you have to dumpster dive into the developer's website where they explain in tiny font that not all Mastercards, Visas, and no Discover cards are accepted. Can't use Apple Pay. It's absolutely the worst experience. At the end of the day, I could NOT complete a purchase transaction through the app and there's nothing that can be done. This app had one job, and failed.

In this day and age how in the world does an app not support ApplePay. Instead they require you to store a card on the app! Look forward to the notification that my information was hacked and that they are “really sorry” and “we take personal information blah blah
Delicious tacos easy
We order regularly from the Gracy Farms Tacodeli, and have only once had a problem with the app, but is it really a problem when you end up with twice the tacos?
Best tacos in town!
I LOVE the quality of food this place puts out! I have a very sensitive stomach and react poorly to many restaurant food, but never Taco Deli!! Keep up the good work!

Why can’t I add extra or multiple salsa?? This is dumb I’d pay for it just give me the option

Need to fix the app to allow certain weekend tacos to be ordered before 11am. Also, why can the app not truly save the credit cards? Makes not sense to ask me for the cv if you already stored my number. Apple Pay?
Great food, great place
We’ve been coming here for several years. Reliable service and excellent food.
Location selection missing
You used to be able to choose what location to order from. I get stuck with the worst store of them all - CRESTVIEW - despite being it just a hair (.01 miles)further for another location. So any time there’s an ask for taco deli I prepare them for the inevitable: missing tacos, missing drinks, missing salsa (always forgetting salsa this place), missing hopes, missing dreams. I’m literally deleting the app and my 3k/yr spent on Otto’s because of the frustration.

Taco Deli is amazing
Always a go to breakfast spot, especially on weekends.
Tipping is a little over the top
15-25% tipping suggestion on to go orders or table service is a little rich. Would prefer to see businesses simply pay their workers
