Fed ex

Fed ex sucks lost my phone company that takes months to help you

Y

Ok happy

Amazing Service!

The best service ever in history.

Worst and most difficult in any assistance needed

By far the most difficult access to a live person with capabilities to resolve

Address

This company don’t give phones to people in rural areas without mail delivery. I have tried many times to call and it is worthless. You can’t even get through to ask for help. I’m calling lifeline

Scam Likely

I’ve tried getting a phone and service with them for six months. Have given them all they have requested and it’s just stuck in “pending”. So frustrating!!!

Network

One of the best networks

It’s horrible

They’re horrible

No internet

This stupid trying operator no one help me

Free Phone!!!! Thank you!!!

This is saved my life, the options are great and very simple to qualify.
The down side is the average wait time for phone customer service is an hour

Not so great

It’s a very cheap made phone & service is not good at all.

Best customer service

I have had service and coverage in most every area I travel. Good service excellent customer care. Thank you. Tagg

5 star for decent customer service.

Look they sent me a iPhone XR and it was used battery was 82% it. It’s an old barely usable phone . So I just transferred the service to my iPhone 14 Pro and now have free service . I can’t complain . I appreciate them calling me back sending me tons of emails to make sure I was took care of . They are a decent carrier .

Easy process

I was given a used iPhone 16 from a friend after receiving a free phone from tag, I ordered a free esim toolkit, now I’m waiting to get it in the mail. the order process was very easy and it’s free.

Not good service

I like the phone just don’t ever get any service like no where almost

Customer service

I was trying to opt out to transfer my number to different wireless carrier. Been playing tag with them for a week. All I needed was a PIN number and gave them all the information they needed. So I waited and waited nothing. Even trying to get a live person on phone is not worth my time. I was on the phone listening to their music for 2 hours with no response. Even waited for an email from them it’s like takes forever for them to respond. This company is not worth for a free phone service in my opinion. Just saying.

They sent a damaged device

Despite the government’s benefits, they sent a piece of metal (iPhone) that cannot be used. Even Apple sends alerts multiple times indicating their device is degraded, but they try to ignore that proof. Stay away!

Suckssssss

Don’t do it

Do not recommend

The service is just awful- and the app’s lackluster is not worth the “free” service. Government is spending more than the actual worth of the goods🫤

Phones are refurbished and do not work! Don’t waste your money!

The service is alright, it usually have 2 bars. The phone i paid for but was discounted really sucks! The battery only last about 2 hours, I can’t hear on FaceTime or on speaker phone.
