Headache

Due to me having a lot of health issues and don’t drive anymore. I realize on my phone. So when you need to use data and you can’t. It cause problems when I have to keep asking people where to get somewhere!
When I send a text message it fails unless I’m home connected to my internet. Tiered of the no help from customer service and gonna look around to see if there’s a better lifeline!!! This one only giving me more reason to need lifeline to call 911

Very bad phone carrier my unlimited data runs out before due date.I call and try to tell them about they tell me to re pay the pay which is crazy if the bill isn’t due. long story short this is the worst company it does not make any sense if you have unlimited and it doesn’t work the whole month
