Very bad customer service
I have a network problem and I asked for swap my network to t mobile agent asked me remove eSIM from phone and he reactivated with t mobile network I did it and heβs left the chat in middle after that I can talk with 6 7 agents and after 5hr of conversation we re add my eSIM

Thank you Gen-Mobile I appreciate the free phone service it has been by far oh so very helpful especially if and/or when hard times unexpectedly come about and/or like for an example if finances arenβt doing so well & Iβve already got this that & the third in bills too pay out I appreciate as well as love the fact I donβt have too no longer worry about making sure too keep the amount of my phone bill too the side so the bill money is there upon the date the phone bills due. Yet with Gen-Mobile I donβt have a phone bill so I donβt have too worry about setting anything too the side too take care of this that or whatever! Itβs a damn good feeling not having too worry about a monthly phone bill payment anymore all thanks too Gen-Mobile!

Update ruined my service
I can no longer use my debit card to pay my bill on the app it keeps saying that my expiration date is wrong and Iβve typed everything out correctly numerous times and even restarted and reopened the app I need to pay add data to my plan and I can not
