DO NOT USE THIS APP
I ordered using this app and the delivery driver dropped off the wrong food. When I called Takara, they said I had to contact Uber Eats. Uber Eats said they can’t help me because the order is through Takara’s Uber Eats account that they use on this app. Takara said they would not send me my correct food or refund me and now will not answer my calls. Avoid this app and just order directly through Uber Eats instead as Takara’s customer service is terrible.
